While we strive for 99% accuracy, our estimates are professional opinions of probable cost. The final determination of quantities and costs is the responsibility of the contractor. We are not liable for bidding losses or field discrepancies.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is typically required upfront or as outlined in your specific proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt.
