Every single takeoff is performed by an estimator with at least 5 years of trade-specific experience. We do not use automated, unverified AI extraction.

2. Dual-Verification System

Before any estimate is delivered to a client, it must be reviewed and signed off by a secondary Senior Estimator. This ensures mathematical accuracy and adherence to CSI MasterFormat standards.

3. Content & Publication Standards
