Our Story
Founded in 2012, Quantity Takeoff Experts was born from a simple frustration: general contractors were losing bids not because they lacked the skill to build, but because they lacked the time to estimate.
We realized that the industry needed a back-office measurement engine. A team of dedicated professionals who do nothing but scale plans and extract data, 10 hours a day.
Today, we support hundreds of GCs and specialty trades across the United States and the United Kingdom, turning complex blueprints into actionable, CSI-aligned Excel spreadsheets.
What We Do
We specialize in comprehensive construction material takeoffs and cost estimating. By utilizing advanced software and our team's deep engineering expertise, we provide highly accurate labor and material estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
